I helped Massport, which runs Boston Logan and other airports, promote their new services and loyalty programs.
For their in-airport loyalty program, my team and I brainstormed different approaches, including a vacation theme, a points system, and a "rewards made possible" concept. The client loved them all but picked the gamified points system.
We also helped build awareness for Worcester Airport's new JetBlue routes to Florida. I created social media content, product displays, and online ads that drove traffic to bookings.
On top of my concepting, I also helped produce things like print ads, billboards, and social media posts.
